Local Knowledge
Local knowledge is maintained on the current device. Upload one complete PDF as the device-level knowledge asset.
Local knowledge can be empty and is suitable for device-only reference material.

Enterprise Knowledge
Enterprise knowledge is maintained in web-console. After uploading a complete enterprise PDF, bound devices can sync and use it.
Recommended content includes company profile, product information, service policies, sales scripts, and FAQs.

Task Usage
When workers or factories use knowledge, local and enterprise knowledge are merged.
If a task does not need knowledge, disable the capability in the template or configuration to reduce irrelevant context.
