Resolve common issues around installation, sign-in, model connectivity, artifacts, and task failures.

Installation And Startup
If the app shows a blank screen after installation, first make sure the latest version is installed; older versions may fail to load local renderer assets.
If files remain after uninstalling, make sure the QiuAI WorkOS process has exited, then uninstall again or install over it.

Model Connection Failed
Check whether the API URL includes the correct path, the API key is valid, and the model name matches the provider console.
If the provider console has no request log, the request likely did not leave the client. Check local model settings and node capability matching first.

Task Failure And Feedback
When a task fails, open the client logs to inspect the failed node, inputs, outputs, and raw error.
If you cannot diagnose it, submit feedback with symptoms, task logs, and screenshots. Administrators can review it in issue messages.
